Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sarees purchased during sale, offer, or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution will not be treated as defects.

  2. Share your order details and unboxing video for verification.

  3. Once approved, the saree can be exchanged or credited as store credit for future purchases.

  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
